The firm lawfully processes your data under the following conditions: the processing is necessary due to the received assignment, a legal or contractual obligation, or the adoption of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject; the processing occurs based on your consent where necessary.

Consequences of Not Providing Personal Data
Providing your data is necessary for the data controller to fulfill the obligations arising from and resulting from the existing relationship, as well as those imposed by law or regulations. Not providing your data will effectively make it impossible to establish or continue the contractual relationship to the extent that such data are necessary for its execution.

Data Processing Methods
The indicated data will be used on paper and electronically and digitally, including with the help of electronic, portable, and information means, according to the principles of necessity, lawfulness, fairness, proportionality, and transparency for the purposes and through the use of tools and procedures suitable to ensure security and confidentiality, ensuring the relevance and non-excess of processed data concerning the pursued purposes. The processing of your data, for the aforementioned purposes and for the performance of activities functional to these, can also take place through the outsourcing of certain activities.
Personal Data will be technically processed by the WordPress platform.
Newsletter sensitive data will be processed through the Sendinblue platform.
The hosting provider will be processed through Siteground.
Appointment data management will be handled through Calendly.
Cookies management will be handled through Facebook Pixel (retargeting) and Google Analytics.

Period and Place of Personal Data Storage
The processed data will be stored for the period necessary for the duration and performance of the received assignment and subsequently for an additional ten years, i.e., for the time during which the professional is subject to storage obligations for tax purposes or other purposes provided by law or regulation, as well as for the protection of the firm's rights.
The data storage for informational purposes related to sending newsletters or invitations to cultural and training events will occur until you object to the processing for the aforementioned purpose, or until the consent is revoked or the services are interrupted.
Your data are stored through external servers for the time strictly necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes, respecting civil and fiscal storage obligations and legal limits.

Transfer of Data Abroad:
Your data will not be transferred to EU or non-EU countries or to an international organization.
**Profiling and Dissemination of Data:**
Your personal data are not subject to dissemination or any fully automated decision-making process, including profiling.

Under the current legislation, you are recognized with the following rights in relation to data processing, which you can exercise at any time and free of charge, except as provided by the regulation:
· Request access and rectification of inaccurate data or integration of incomplete data; deletion (upon the occurrence of one of the conditions indicated in Article 17, paragraph 1 of the GDPR and subject to the exceptions provided in paragraph 3 of the same article) and restriction of the processing of your personal data (in the occurrence of one of the cases indicated in Article 18, paragraph 1 of the GDPR);
· Request and obtain from the controller – in cases where the legal basis of the processing is the contract or consent, and the processing is carried out by automated means – your personal data in a structured and readable format by an automatic device, also for the purpose of communicating such data to another data controller (so-called right to data portability);
· Object at any time to the processing of your personal data under particular situations that concern you as per Article 21 of the Regulation;
